Frequently asked questions about Streamboard

Quick answers about Twitch go-live, EventSub, Discord, Telegram, and analytics. More detail on the features, Discord, and Telegram pages.

What is Streamboard?

Streamboard is a web app for streamers and communities. It connects Twitch (go-live via EventSub) with Discord and other targets, sends customizable embeds and templates, and includes a dashboard with stream analytics.

How do I get Twitch live notifications on Discord?

Sign in with Twitch, link your Discord account, add the Streamboard bot to your server, and create notification targets with a channel and template. When you go live, Streamboard receives the signal and posts to the channels you chose.

Does Streamboard use Twitch EventSub?

Yes. Streamboard uses official Twitch EventSub webhooks so go-live signals are reliable and low-latency.

Can I use Streamboard on multiple Discord servers?

Yes. You can add the bot to multiple servers where you have access and manage targets and templates there – within the limits that apply to your account.

Does Streamboard support Telegram?

Yes. You can use Telegram as a notification target so you or your team get mobile alerts when you go live.

What are notification targets and templates?

Targets define where messages go (e.g. a Discord channel or Telegram). Templates are reusable layouts with placeholders for your stream title, game, and other metadata.

Does using Streamboard cost money?

You can try Streamboard with no commitment. This public site avoids a storefront vibe – it highlights capabilities instead. For scope and account questions, the community and our contact channels can help.

Do I need to build my own Discord bot?

No. Streamboard provides the bot and management in the app. You link your account and invite the bot to your servers.

Is there stream analytics?

Yes. Streamboard provides dashboards and insights so you can track your streams over time.

Where can I get setup help?

This FAQ, the feature pages, and the four-step quick start on the homepage cover the basics. Our Discord community has guides and support.
