Step by step: link your Kick channel, add Telegram as a notification target, and send an automatic push to your community the moment you go live.
"Kick Telegram alert" is a search with surprisingly few real answers: none of the four Kick-focused Discord bots we checked mentions Telegram on its home page, and the only provider in the sample that advertises both Discord and Telegram notifications does not support Kick (checked 7 September 2026). This guide walks the full path with Streamboard - from linking Kick to the first live push on a lock screen.
Three things: a Kick account with your own channel, a Telegram group or channel you are allowed to post in, and a Streamboard account. Streamboard handles live detection through the official Kick webhook - you need neither your own bot nor your own hosting. For the bigger picture, see the Kick notifications page.
Sign in to Streamboard and connect your Kick account in your profile. The OAuth flow registers your channel as a live source. Streamboard then subscribes to the official Kick webhook event livestream.status.updated for that channel, which reports online and offline changes. A regular polling pass runs only as a fallback in case a webhook does not arrive.
Create a Telegram target in the dashboard and pick the group or channel where the alert should appear. For each target you decide which live source triggers it - Kick only, Twitch only, or both. More background on the destination: Telegram notifications.
The template defines what the push says: stream title, category, preview, and link. Kick and Twitch share the same templates, so you maintain the text once. Then start a short Kick stream and check that the push arrives. When the stream ends, Streamboard finalizes the message instead of leaving a stale live notice behind.

Detection is event-driven through the official Kick webhook, so the status change is reported immediately. Actual delivery time then depends on Telegram and on any delay you configured.
Yes. One Telegram target can serve Twitch live via EventSub and Kick live via webhook - with the same template.
For Kick, Streamboard records the viewer curve of the running stream and stores stream snapshots for later review. There is no follower or subscriber analysis for Kick like the one available for Twitch.
No. The Streamboard chat bot works on Twitch only. For Kick, live detection and notifications are covered, the Kick chat is not.
