Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms of service apply to the use of the platform Streamboard (streamboard.io), operated by [Operator Name]. By registering and using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
Streamboard provides a platform for managing streaming channels and automated notifications via third-party services (including Discord, Telegram). The scope of features depends on the chosen plan (Free, Premium, Pro).
If enabled in your account, you can also connect YouTube channels via a linked Google account. Streamboard evaluates YouTube and Google data in read-only scope to, among other things, detect and track livestreams and trigger notifications for new videos – including the ability to restrict uploads by playlist or channel context, as described in the app. Legal and privacy details regarding the Google/YouTube integration can be found in the Privacy Policy (section "Google Account, YouTube…").
3. Registration and User Account
Registration is done via OAuth authentication (Twitch, Discord, Google/YouTube). You are responsible for the security of your account. An account may only be used by one natural person.
4. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Billing occurs at the chosen interval (monthly or annually). When upgrading, the already paid amount is credited proportionally. Cancellation is possible at any time – premium features remain active until the end of the paid period.
5. User Obligations
You agree not to use the platform in an abusive manner. In particular, the following is prohibited:
- Sending spam messages via the notification feature
- Using the platform for unlawful purposes
- Excessively burdening the infrastructure through automated access
- Sharing login credentials with third parties
6. Availability
We strive for high platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. Maintenance and updates may lead to temporary limitations.
7. Liability
Use of the platform is at your own risk. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or unavailability of the platform, to the extent permitted by law. This applies in particular to notification failures caused by third-party disruptions (Twitch, Discord).
8. Termination and Suspension
You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms of service.
9. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. Registered users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Applicable Law
