Benefits for your agency

In brief, why a dedicated agency area is worthwhile – aligned with the planned product update.

Central roster overview

All assigned streamers in one list – with avatar, reach and activity, instead of scattered individual views.

KPIs at a glance

Team size and stream activity of recent weeks as the first metrics row – ideal for quick status checks.

Detail depth on demand

Jump from the overview into stream history – the same logic as in the rest of Streamboard, just filtered to your roster.

Close Twitch integration

Followers, streams and hours from the same data source as your creators – consistent and up to date.

Your brand visible

Agency logo in the navigation – the back office feels like your own tool, not a generic account.

Creators retain sovereignty

Insight into metrics only with the talent's consent – no access to login or Twitch account.

Overview

How you keep your streamers in sight

The dashboard bundles what matters for daily business and reporting – without clicking through every channel.

  • One table for the team: Channels, followers, streams and hours side by side – sortable and scannable.
  • Signal for open items: Indicators for messages or inbox per channel, so nothing gets lost.
  • Timeframe with added value: Metrics based on the last 30 days – comparable and plannable.

Planned Dashboard

Facts about the agency interface

Metrics and columns planned for the update – without additional tools or manual Twitch exports.

  • KPI row: Number of streamers in the agency; number of all streams from assigned channels in the last 30 days; additional tiles initially open.
  • Streamer overview: Followers plus "New followers (30 days)" badge; counter badge; streams and total stream hours (30 days), subscribers; stream detail view.
  • Data scope: Full insight into channels in your care. Only channels that have explicitly accepted the agency invitation – technically secured via dedicated controller logic.

Beyond that with Streamboard

  • One platform for live signals and analytics: Your talent uses the same base as all Streamboard users – Discord and Telegram notifications, templates, multi-server bot and stream analytics; the agency view connects to exactly this data instead of being an isolated reporting tool.
  • No silent access: Joining an agency only after explicit consent in the product; rejection is communicated to the agency – transparency as standard, no "surprise access after the fact".
  • Same detail depth as creators: Stream details via the same eye icon and the same workflows as in the rest of the dashboard – no stripped-down agency read-only copy with unfamiliar UI.
